Packing the Essentials: Joy

Christmas is supposed to be the most joyful time of the year. If you scan the lyrics of any popular Christmas song, you will likely find mention of the word joy. But for many of us, this joy seems fleeting at best, and impossible to find at worst. Maybe we're searching for joy in all the wrong places. How do we find true joy?
